      Without any details about the problem, there’s nothing we can do to help. Please email [email protected] with exact details of the problem (screenshots would help) and we’ll get back to you as soon as we can. I notice that the email address in this comment does not match the email address you appeared to purchase the course with, and that there are two different accounts with the same name. Try checking the email you received when you purchased the course for your login credentials and instructions on how to access the course.

      You have to select Enable Group Registration on the product page just above the Add to Cart button before you purchase the course. We tried to manually create a group for you and we hope it worked.

    I want to check on the progress of the employees I issued training to. I see their names under Enrolled user details but that is it. Where do I navigate for training status

      Thanks for the comment. We currently don’t have that technology. It’s definitely on the list when we upgrade the entire site, but that probably won’t happen for a couple of years(2019). We’ll poke around and see if anything is available using the current technology and let you know if we find anything.

      In the meantime, you can ask students to take a screenshot of the progress bar on the right hand side of a course as shown below:

      Hi Lisa,

      We just added functionality that should allow you to see student progress as they go through the courses. You should see the progress on this page under “Here are some reports about your group”

        Thanks Chris it does help, when did you add this? Also I registered Juan Garza for training on March 15th but I do not see him as a user? Can you give me some direction where I can find him
