Thanks. Great coarse. I would love to have a similar coarse with out the test switches. This seems to be an ongoing issue in my area. This makes testing more complicated, as I am not a fan of removing wiring for multiple reasons. One the can be re-landed incorrectly two in many cases you can not remove the DC/AC sources. Most places in my area, will not allow contractors to remove wiring with any voltage above 50V AC or DC. Any recommendations would be helpful.

Unfortunately there’s not much you can do except remove wires when there are no test switches.
However, there’s usually no reason to remove the trip wiring because the circuit breaker should already be open. Unless you’re testing a normally-closed motor relay.
Same for simulating a 52a contact.
I try to connect AC voltages and currents where they enter the panel because there is usually better access, better color coding, and less wiring to remove.
