Modern relays can check some basic functions like the power supply, processor, temperature, and circuit board components and create an alarm if any of those parts fail. That’s a small part of the relay’s construction and function, but it is a start. If the relay fails this test, there is no point in continuing; so we’ll do it first.

You should not be able to view ANY of the online training videos outside of the page they are posted on. So any vimeo links should post an error message, as per design.
I checked again, and the video plays on the online training page (https://valence.relaytraining.com/topic/topic-s1-6-01-record-relay-self-test-results/) without any problems.
I have also check our IM department but they say check your side
