As a tester, I think I spend more time trying to reverse-engineer design intent than I do testing the relay. My inner purist tells me, “if there’s no description, assume it’s wrong.” Then things get political–a lot of design engineers go straight onto the defensive when you ask for a D of O, and I’d much rather be engineering than politicking.
